Repairs and Warranty

 

■ 1-Year Quality Warranty

VALETTA wetsuits are meticulously manufactured in reliable factories in Japan, with a focus on quality and comfort. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against initial product defects and malfunctions under normal use, such as those listed below.

 

【Malfunctions covered by warranty】

・Fraying of threads in seams
・Adhesive peeling at panel joints

 

If a malfunction falling under the above categories occurs within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair it free of charge. Shipping costs (round trip) will also be borne by us, and you may send your item to us via "cash on delivery."

 

■ Examples of cases not covered by warranty

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

・Tears, rips, or wear during use
・Damage caused during donning or doffing
・Discoloration or deterioration due to UV rays, seawater, chlorine, etc.
・Damage due to improper care
・Damage due to customer's negligence (e.g., snagging, improper storage)
・Items that have been repaired or altered by another company

 

■ Repair Services (including outside warranty period)

After the warranty period expires, we accept repairs for a fee.
After inspecting the product's condition, we will inform you whether repair is possible and provide an estimate.
*Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

 

■ How to request a repair

1. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
2. We will confirm the product's condition with photos.
3. We will provide an estimate and details of the repair.
4. Please send the item for repair, and we will return it to you upon completion.
